he Clarion Hotel is located on the corner of Canterbury and Springvale Roads, Forest Hill. Melways Ref. Pg 62 - E2. Only 20 minutes from the city via the eastern freeway. Turn right at the end of the Eastern Freeway onto Springvale Road and travel for approximately three kilometres until you reach Canterbury Road and turn right into the hotel. Eastside Airport shuttle stops at the door on request. Nunawading railway station is 1 km North of Clario Hotel and a regular bus service travels along Springvale road from the station and stops at the door. By Train: You catch either the Lilydale or Belgrave line trains and get off at Nunawading Station. You can then catch a bus to the Hotel. To find out what time the trains depart check the timetable. By Tram: Catch tram 75 which runs from the City to Springvale Rd. Once at Springvale Rd bus 888 or 889 can take you to Canterbury Rd. You can also get onto tram 75 in the City, to find out what time the trams depart check the timetable. By Bus: You can also get to The Clarion by Bus from several local points. Take the Lilydale or Belgrave train and get off at Nunawading Station. You can then catch either the 888 or 889 bus down Springvale Rd to the The Clarion, at the intersection the bus turns right and continues to Forest Hill Chase Shopping Centre then back to the intersection and then continues to the end of Springvale Road.
