Check-In Procedure -

Docklands Executive Apartments do not have a reception desk they provide a 24 hour personal on-site Manager who will meet you on arrival.
The Manager will personally escort you to your apartment and ensure you are comfortable.
They are available 24 hours a day and will attend immediately to any of your concerns.
The on site Manager will be waiting for you at the apartment complex with the keys to your apartment.
If you are arriving early they can look after your bags while the apartment is being cleaned.

Directions

Situated between Collins and Bourke Streets Melbourne. From Tullamarine Airport it is about a 19 minute taxi ride for a cost of about $50AU one way. The Starbus Airport Shuttle www.starbus.net.au or www.jetbus.com.au will transfer you direct from Tullamarine Airport to the apartment complex. Cost $17AU per person one way or $30AU for a prepaid return ticket per person, departing every 20 to 30 minutes, 5am till 11pm 7 days a week. PLEASE NOTE that the trip can take from 15 minutes up to an hour, depending on which route the driver takes The Skybus takes you from Tullamarine Airport to Southern Cross Station and then transfers you to a mini-bus, which will deliver you to the apartment complex.
